At Animal Care Centre our goal is to nurture the human-animal bond through progressive, thorough, and thoughtful medical care for our patients, and through education for our clients. We will strive to work within client constraints and focus on providing exceptional, empathetic customer service. We will empower each other with trust and respect in an open, fun, and family oriented environment.

Our Policies
Appointments
Office visits are to be made by appointment only, as this allows us to spend adequate time with our patients to provide the proper care and counseling. Please let us know if you will be late or cannot keep your appointment.
Emergency cases will be a top priority and receive the full attention of the doctors and staff, upon which there may be an appointment delay.
We do offer a “drop-off” option for busy schedules in which your pet can be left at our clinic for the day to be seen between appointments.
For the safety of our patients, our clients, and our staff, all pets must arrive on a leash or in a carrier and be properly controlled at all times.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa. If a pet is insured, owners are responsible for payment to Animal Care Centre, and the insurance company will offer a reimbursement.
Discharge
Pets that are hospitalized or boarded may be discharged during office hours only. Please be aware that we are closed Sundays and the first Saturday of every month.
